How do I know if my order was successful?

If you have submitted an order and are unsure if it was successful, please check your email for the 912 Organics confirmation email. This email will be titled “912 Organics – Order Details” and will be sent from [email protected]. If you are still unable to find this email, please check your junk/spam. If you still can’t locate your order confirmation, please log into your account on our website and have a look at your order history.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following method of payments only;

  • Credit Card – Mastercard & Visa
  • Bank Deposit
  • Paypal

I want to pay via Bank Deposit, where can I locate your details?

During the checkout process when you select Bank Transfer as Payment Method the bank details will become visible on the screen. A copy of the bank details will also be emailed to you at time of checkout.

Once you have completed payment via Bank Deposit please send a copy of the remittance advice to [email protected]

Do you accept cheques?

We do not accept any personal or company cheques.
