What methods of shipping are available?

912 Organics use the following selection of shipping methods to deliver their products across Australia

  • Australia Post
  • Star Track
  • Fastway Couriers

Do you provide tracking numbers for orders shipped?

All orders that are shipped will have a tracking number that will be used to track the delivery of the item.

The tracking number will be sent via email once product has been shipped.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

If you have not received your order within 3-5 business days after you have received an official email stating the product has been shipping please use the tracking number to locate the item via the shipping vendors website.

Do you ship products to locations outside of Australia?

912 Organics currently only ships products to customers located within Australia.

I have purchased the product and received it but I have changed my mind?

912 Organics does not provide refunds if there has been a “change of mind” exercised by the buyer

My item has arrived damaged, what do I do?
